Aditya is a seasoned disputes lawyer with extensive experience advising on, and representing clients in, complex disputes across trial courts, the High Court of Karnataka and other High Courts, and the Supreme Court. He also appears before various tribunals, and in domestic and international arbitrations.

Aditya started his career with King & Partridge, Advocates and has, subsequently, worked with the disputes and commercial advisory teams at Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja, Advocates (now Samvad: Partners). In 2013, he set up Aditya Narayan & Co. with a team of eight lawyers, providing advice to clients on disputes, and in real estate and commercial matters. Before setting up Saakshya Law, Advocates in July 2019, Aditya led the Bengaluru litigation practice of Argus Partners.

He regularly represents clients in commercial, public-law, service and intellectual property disputes. He also advises key clients in real estate and commercial transactions, as also on corporate re-structuring matters and represents clients in such proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal.

Aditya holds a BA LLB. (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India, Bengaluru. He is admitted to practice law in India, since 2006.
